'This brand new cottage is beautiful and impeccable! Plenty of linens and kitchenware. It is quite spacious for 6 people. Our teenage sun slept in the sunroom and enjoyed the night sounds. The private beach is all sand and perfectly picturesque. We brought sand toys, and the kids had so much fun playing down there. They loved the swing set, too. 'This property was very cozy and clean. It had everything we needed (except an ironing board). It is small but adorable! Close to Ashland and Washburn. The host was vey accommodating, she went beyond what is generally expected to make our stay comfortable It is a pet friendly home, but it’s right on the highway 13 so not a great place to walk a pet. We would stay at this property again'
