'I want to start by saying the front desk team was incredibly kind and welcoming. The woman who checked us in went out of her way to make us feel welcome, offering bottled water and snacks, which we appreciated. She also handled a difficult situation with a homeless individual professionally, and that did not go unnoticed. That said, there were several concerns that made us uncomfortable. The area around the hotel felt unsafe, with a visible homeless presence around the property and adjacent...

'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

'My husband and I stayed here for a hockey game and it is a quick train ride to Blues or Cardinals games from SLU's campus. The building is beautiful and historic and the staff was friendly and helpful. It would be a fantastic place to stay if you were visiting the SLU campus and enjoying the theaters next door. The Inn is extremely clean. The rooms and the lounge were very charming. You park right out front for free. Wish we could have stayed longer. '

'The breakfast was delicious and all support staff were terrific. The bathroom was a little dirty and the towel handle was just sitting on the wall mount and fell off the moment i first dried my hands. Wasnt a big deal but was odd. It was a very busy weekend for them and i understand that not all things can take priority. Overall 5 stars!'

'Redelijk hitel. Kamers wel ongezellig en clean ingericht! Maar let op...parkeren kost 25$pd!! ...En als je geen auto he t, kijk goed je rekening na! Bij mij elke nacht 15$ gerekendvoor parkeren en ik had geen auto! Beetje naar gevoel van over gehouden . Al me alokhotelmaar voor die prijs wel gezelliger hotels i St Louis. Verder was de bar enkele dagen gesloten pw.'

'Welcomes pets but toilet was not cleaned thoroughly and the room had a light odor that was not pleasant. The refrigerator in the room did not work so my beverages never got cold. However, the staff was super welcoming, friendly and professional. Also, parking was horrible and far and to top it off I had to pay $44 per day for SELF PARKING. I will not be staying here again.'

'The guy working the front desk in the mornings with the nice sweaters knows everything to do around. He’s got a great attitude and was very helpful! The hotel is perfectly located, we felt safe and was close to all the activities (Zoo, Ballpark Village, Gateway Arch National Park & Union Station). We parked on the street and had no problems. The spa is definitely worth it, the pool is huge. The steam room and dry sauna was very clean. The kids loved the penguins and the green space...

'The breakfast was absolutely inedible!! I've stayed at numerous hotels that offered breakfast and this one was by far the worst. Options are limited next to none and what was there was appetizing at all. So if you're big on breakfast and are expecting a decent breakfast, you will be greatly disappointed. '

'Rooms were spacious but no microwave. Mostly clean. Some areas around toilet and bathtub that had previous hotel stayers hair. Amenities were great. My kids loved the indoor pool. Breakfast was good but no bacon?! Close to everything and I even got a few miles in to run around The Hill neighborhood. I felt safe in this area and would book again. '

'This is my 4th time staying here with two large pups. I checked in on April 2 in the evening. I was greeted by the most welcoming person at the desk. I wish I had written her name down. She checked us in and explained everything. She anticipated any unforeseen needs for us! The room was spacious and spotless. There is a dog park right next door for the dogs and art to view. Walkability is 10/10 from the ballpark to dog friendly restaurants to great parks and shopping. Restaurant on...
