Ben je op zoek naar een ontspannen uitje naar de Smoky Mountains? Kom en geniet van onze gezellige hut met 2 slaapkamers en 2 volledige badkamers met een extra loft. De toegang tot het huis is verhard en slechts enkele minuten van lokale bezienswaardigheden, winkels en nog veel meer.
De ingang op het hoogste niveau heeft een overdekte veranda die rondloopt naar het gebied van de grillmeesters en naar de hot tub aan de achterkant van het huis. picknicktafel gelegen in de achtertuin om buiten te eten langs de kleine kreek, stoelen en een gas grill zijn aanwezig. We hebben een mooie vlakke tuin voor de kinderen om van het buitenleven te genieten.
Stap binnen in een open concept van woonkamer, eetkamer en een volledig uitgeruste keuken met nieuwe apparatuur. De meester bevindt zich op het hoogste niveau en is voorzien van een queensize bed en een complete badkamer met een bad / douchecombinatie. Tv's in de woonkamer en op de zolderverdieping, beide met dvd-spelers en meer dan 100 dvd's om uit te kiezen, waaronder veel kinderprogramma's.

Houd er rekening mee dat de hot tub een aansluiting van 110 volt heeft en ongeveer 24 uur nodig heeft om te verwarmen. Voor het comfort en de veiligheid van gasten vragen wij u om het bad te laten opwarmen tijdens de 1e nacht van uw verblijf om de gewenste temperatuur te bereiken. We laten alle kuipjes leeglopen na elke gastverhuur om uw veiligheid te garanderen. Dank u voor uw begrip.

Great stay, perfect amenities!

My husband and I stayed here on an impromptu cabin weekend and we loved it! The amenities at the cabin alone were enough to where we would've enjoyed just staying there the whole time. It was also near great hiking and local farms for a true smalltown mountain experience. Less than an hour from Asheville as well. Bed was comfy and clean. Only complaints were that we had to take the trash to a dump upon departure, which was closed on the holiday we left on so my husband had to find a random grocery store with unlocked dumpsters to leave it. I wish they had a large outdoor trash bin instead on the property. Not convenient when visiting for a holiday or you don't know the area. Also, the lighting was very dim inside at night.

Had a very nice hot tub. The entrance to the location has three very high speed bumps that are definitely not motorcycle friendly. We had to haul off our own trash the day we left. I definitely would not recommend using Premier Vacation Rentals.

Lovely cabin

This cabin is in a remote area giving you privacy and serene mountain feeling. The pond across the street was nice for our grandson to fish in. The hot tub is a blow up hot tub with no jets so it shouldn't even be listed on the listing as a "hot tub" because its just a blow up heated water little pool..... Other than that it is wonderful, the wood provided was plentiful even though we didn't use it. We would stay again!!

Perfect quiet mountain family retreat!

This cabin had everything we were looking for: outdoor area, fishing, hot tub, surrounded by nature, fire pit. It was very clean and the property manager was very prompt to respond. We LOVED Moonshine Manor.

Cute little cabin

This was a great cabin for our family. Positives were the location and decor. It had such charm. It had the basic things we needed, and provided a great layout. Negatives were lots on lady bugs inside the house which we didn’t love, and most of the blinds were knotted and hard to open. The front door is also very hard to shut completely. I did not like the fact I had to make the top bunk upon arrival even though it was stated there were 4 people. Overall we would recommend and it was a great trip.

Had a fantastic week at Oldja’s Moonshine. Though located in a community the layout of the property allows for plenty of solitude. Multiple areas are set up for gathering to visit including the pond and fire pit. AC kept the cabin very comfortable during above average temps. We will look forward to coming back even with the USF flag flying out front. GO UCF!!!

Good location - accessible, not hanging off the side of a cliff like many cabins in the area. Well maintained and very clean. It would be great to have electronic access and not require a 20 minute drive to get and then return the key.

Calm, beautiful, and rustic setting.

Great authentic feel of a cabin set in area surrounded by trees and hills. It was quiet and peaceful. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with cooking supplies. Indoor fireplace was a plus for those chilly nights! Only negative was having to take out trash to the local dump; you’d think the cleaning service fee would cover that. Would stay again!

Overall good experience

Last minute vacation before kids went back to school. Chose this cabin specifically for fishing pond and previous reviews on location. Cabin was a bit more “rustic” than pictures show. Overall vacation was relaxing and cabin provided what we needed. The location was spot on in regards to travel times when searching for hikes or other nearby towns. Flat level yard provided hours of enjoyment for my kids. The pup next door is also a sweetheart and likes to visit when you are fishing. Great time had by all! Do bring extras when choosing this cabin. Dish soap ,kitchen sponge, garbage bags, and laundry soaps as they do not supply any complimentary items.

Nice cabin in great location

We really liked location. Close to Asheville, Great Smoky Mountains National park, Bryson City with lots of activities. The house is kind of old but as shown in the pictures. Kitchen had all the utensils we needed. Kids liked the DVD collection. Didn’t like that the master bedroom doesn’t have place to put your clothes to and the hot tub is very small. The cleaning could be better too.

The cabin was very charming! It very close to Maggie Valley and downtown Waynesville! The appliances were obviously new. To complement the charm of the cabin, I would suggest adding some porch furniture. Overall, we had a great experience.

We had the best time at this cabin. It's peaceful and quiet and so close to town, yet seems out away from everything. If you want to get away from the chaos of the world, this is the place to go!

Misleading listing, cabin needs update.

Would like to preface this by saying that the property management company was very helpful and moved us to a new cabin as soon as they heard of our dissatisfaction at no extra charge. Very pleased with the outcome, Unfortunately, I feel like a review needed to be made on this cabin to help future families with their decision making process. First of all, the “AC” is not central heating/air. It’s a very old window unit and other fans that is so loud when running that you can’t enjoy conversation inside the cabin and can’t get a good nights rest due to the dysfunctional fan upstairs. It was very hot the day we stayed and the AC needed to run full blast, maybe the heat isn’t as loud but if we weren’t offered another cabin we would have just left due to not being able to sleep comfortably. The listing stated satellite/cable which seemed like was at the fault of VRBO, Melissa asked me where I saw it as soon as I brought it to her attention. But there is only 2 small TVs with a dvd collection, I know some people really enjoy watching the news so that was disappointing for my elderly family member with us. There was no WiFi when we arrived despite being listed as an amenity. This was important when choosing because of my infants pulse/ox monitor and also video baby monitor. It didn’t seem like WiFi had been hooked up for quite some time as it was all sitting on the floor unplugged. Under the couch there was layers of dog hair, we had to vacuum before putting out our baby gate because of the amount. I understand if the owners have pets, but they need to properly clean up after themselves. I’m assuming it was from them based off of the “yellow lab country” floor mats. The kitchen is not properly stocked with pots/pans for a family who plans on cooking. Before we realized we were leaving this cabin we had to go purchase our own cooking tools and containers which was an unnecessary added expense. It’s very outdated. Lastly, just a word for families who may have babies with them, only one room is actually dark at bedtime. The skylights do not have proper blinds on them and we literally had to put our baby in the bathroom to try and have him go to sleep at a decent time. The pond across the road was nice, the location was nice, the porch was nice. But if you are staying for a week and don’t plan on leaving much this probably isn’t the cabin for you, we were pretty uncomfortable inside.
