'Bed bugs! Everything about this hotel was great, except how they handled everything when I called to tell them, I woke up and found bedbugs in my bed. They said they were “on it”. We brought our items to the front and they said “yeah I can’t stand them” (referring to the bed bugs which made me believe this had happened before) and a manager would call later to discuss everything. 'I only stayed here for overnight, but the room was beautiful. Comfortable bathroom was clean. Kitchen area was clean. Check-in was easy. Staff was wonderful accommodated you with everything. I left my water bottle in the room and they let me go back up and get it of course with security I would recommend this hotel right across the street to 7-Eleven and another breakfast place.'
