'We stayed here on a Saturday night to go see a Flyers game. The location is ideal for sporting events. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to the arena super convenient parking is free. We arrived around noon and we were told our room was ready but in order to get access to it we were going to have to pay $50 for early check-in. 'I was pleasantly impressed. Rooms were clean and plenty of room for our travels. Pool was nice however it was just a bit too hot in the room! Breakfast had choices for once! Hotel was very booked as there was a soccer tournament and engineer conference going on that weekend so it was hard to find a seat at breakfast and we had to wait short time for refills but considering the over all was a good experience. 'Our room wasn’t ready.. we requested early check in for 3… they knew we were traveling from a distance for a 70th surprise party and our ride was picking us up at 5:30. Our room was not ready until 10 minutes of five which did not even allow us to get showered. We literally had to quick cleanup, fix the hair, fix the makeup and throw on our clothes.
The room smelled like smoke, we requested a king size bed. We got two double beds. Our toilet did not flush, not the Marriott. I’m used to staying...
