Just minutes from the Aska Adventure Area, with hiking trails, river tubing, trout streams, and scenic overlooks, and less than a mile from breathtaking Fall Branch Falls, the cabin offers the ideal balance between adventure and serenity. Spend your mornings wrapped in a blanket on the deck as mist rolls through the valley, your afternoons exploring Blue Ridge, and your evenings unwinding in the hot tub as the sky melts into shades of apricot and gold.

Please note:



✨ A signed renter agreement is required upon booking. Additionally, a security deposit of $500 will be required for your stay. It is placed 2 days before arrival and released after check out as long as the house rules + check out instructions are followed and there is no intentional damage



✨ Children must be supervised at all times. You MUST use life jackets when entering the water. The property owners / co-hosting company are not liable for injuries, accidents, lost items.



✨ Four-wheel drive is typically not required to access the property. However, during winter conditions when snow or ice is present, a 4WD or AWD vehicle may be necessary. We recommend checking the local weather forecast prior to arrival and planning accordingly.



✨ We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the trash bin, with no loose trash, to avoid a $100 fine.



✨ Please be aware of the local wildlife around the cabin, including but not limited to; insects, bees, deer, bears and snakes. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside, and be cautious when walking in the area.



✨ We’d like to bring to your attention that there are homes currently under construction in the area. You may hear building sounds at times depending on the stage of construction and the time of year you visit.



✨ Indoor gas fireplace is seasonal (October-April). Outdoor wood burning fireplace available year round (starter firewood provided)



✨ We would like to kindly remind you of our business hours, which are from 8AM to 8PM. We have limited availability for assistance between the hours of 8PM and 8AM. For non-emergencies, such as general inquiries or requests, please leave a message and we will promptly return it the following morning. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
