'The computer system was down with the Internet nor the phones working so we had to stand and wait for over an hour before we could even attempt to check in. There was a long line of people waiting, who had been there before us or before we arrived. But the facility is wonderful and the young lady at the front desk was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this place. '

'We come to the area 3 times a year for a hockey tournament and this was the first at Tru. The parking was super convenient and always had available spots and was well lit. The room was very small which could be expected. The water pressure was very low so it was difficult to take a quick shower due to that. 'For being posted as a 100% smoke free environment, the elevator smelled of smoke, and when getting off the elevator on the 2nd floor you got accosted by the smell of pot. Long term stay tenants sat right outside the rear door smoking so you couldn't get away from it. The cleaning crew tried to adjust by using too much cleaner making the floors sticky'

'I arrived just after check in time and I had my choice of parking spots. The front desk staff member on Thursday, 04/09/26 made check in super easy. My room was easy to find. My room was crystal clean and the layout perfect for my stay. The staff in the bar/restaurant were both attentive and friendly. Restaurant manager was engaging which was impressive. 'The sheets had not been changed but the bed was made up. Sheets were full of hair and sand. Horrible place. Never another Econo Lodge! '
