The Standard King room, which you booked, is our best value, but unfortunately it does not come with those amenities. Roaches galore
Roach Motel literally ! After we checked in they were appearing everywhere. The beds were awful , hard as a rock . Room was filthy ! A real nightmare . Non refundable stay ! So we just had to suffer . I put food down for my dog and woke up during the night , she hadn’t touched it because hundreds of roaches were swarming the food . That was enough . We left . Stopped to eat breakfast at I hop and a roach crawled out of my purse !!! I’m going to have to fumigate my things before going home ! Unbelievable experience!

The staff were very professional & helpful. The room was clean, bathtub clean, hot water readily available & bed comfortable, fridge cold but even though signs posted Red Roof Inn is totally smoke free our room smelled strongly of stale cigarettes & whenever heater blew air the smell of cat/dog dander was overwhelming. The property was clean & neat.

I read reviews. But the outside pic is not the same to feel the WOW factor.. and it has not been updated when the last person reviewed. This INN was my first and last experience, I'm use to the fairfield Marriott type stay n experience.. I did regret not booking there. The Hyatt was great but your going to pay a lot more $200 a night with tax. The room was clean at the INN, Not going to knock it. But it was alot smaller than pictured.. for those that can except this then this is your place. Great price weekdays. Does get pricy towards the weekend for an INN plus it's peak season for the beach.

We checked in at 12:00 am after being on the road for 14 hours. We literally opened the door and went to bed. I woke up at 6am to a pubic hair by my mouth. Definitely can't be ours. So I looked around found more on the floor. The lamp above the bed had blood smeared on it. The floor was gritty and dirty. The toilet had "stains" on the inside of it. We literally got up and went to the front desk and told the manager who assured me he would return our money. After I told him it wasn't why I wasnt complaining but he insisted on giving us a refund. 5 days later no refund and they told Expedia that no conversation ever took place. Avoid this roach hotel

The lamp above the bed actually had a small drip of red paint on it from when the accent wall was painted red. There was no blood on the lamp. The sheets were fresh and changed that day, as the head housekeeper stripped the linens from that section personally earlier in the day. In addition, I have not had any conversation with a representative from Expedia about your stay. Horrible hotel
Worse hotel I've ever stayed in! Our room wasn't cleaned, there was trash and dirty diapers every where. Beds weren't made. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worse enemy.

It was an affordable room. There was a large black bug on the wall late at night, but the bed was clean and no carpet on the floor was good.
