'When we chrcked in the lady at the counter was not very friendly and helpful. We had to pay a deposit, but my creditcard did not work. She told me 2 times that it did not work, but did not help me at all. And every time we passed her in the next days and greeted her, she didn't say anything back. Luckily the other people were friendly and helpful. The room and the bed were great. It was a pity that the windows could not be opened, I like to sleep with te windows open. '

'Convenient location for me in downtown Stamford. Checking in was simple, and my room was ready for me when I arrived. The parking garage can become very full at times, making it difficult to park. There is additional parking across the street, but that’s not convenient (or safe) when coming back to the hotel very late. The room was clean, and the shower was exceptional with a waterfall shower head. The lobby, hallways and common areas could use some sprucing up. The bed was not comfortable,...

'Arrived to a sleeping staff member at check in, room had hair on both bed sheets, a dirty tooth brush left in bathroom, no lock on bathroom door, phone not working to call front desk and no hot water through the night and morning. I’ve never been so unhappy with a stay. This was not by far cheap to stay so not sure what is happening but would not recommend or return to this property'
