'Hotel was in het algemeen goed. Handig met de AirPort Express te bereiken. Eten en drinken erg duur. Ontbijt erg matig qua keuze en veel zaken op. Personeel niet hartelijk. Een goedemorgen bij het ontbijt kon er niet af en eet smakelijk is ook teveel gevraagd. Service mag echt attenter en persoonlijker maar wellicht is dat ook de cultuur.

"Zeer schone kamer! Bed comfortabel behalve de hoofdkussens. Verder is het hotel wat anoniem, omdat de lobby op de eerste etage is terwijl je vanaf de begane grond met de lift naar je kamer kunt. Wij hadden een kamer op de achtste verdieping. Deze zag er gedateerder uit dan op de foto’s lijkt. Helaas was ons verzoek voor hoger gelegen kamer niet ingewilligd. Ontbijt van het hotel is bizar duur, dus beter om ontbijt in de omgeving te scoren. "
