Outdoor living
The home’s outdoor spaces are designed for lingering. A hot tub offers a soothing place to relax beneath the night sky, while the fire pit invites you to gather and share stories after sunset. Prairie breezes accompany dinners cooked on the BBQ grill, and the patio provides plenty of seating to take in shifting light and fresh air. Whether roasting marshmallows or watching dusk settle, the setting makes it easy to unwind.

Interior comforts
Inside, vaulted ceilings and wide windows brighten the main living area, where wood-beam accents and soft furnishings create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A second living space downstairs doubles as a movie room with plush seating and a large-screen TV, perfect for family film nights or cozy afternoons. Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and an indoor fireplace ensure comfort year-round, while WiFi and an Ethernet connection support both work and downtime.

Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 11 guests across five bedrooms. The primary suite includes a king bed and ensuite bath with a tub. Three additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed, while a fifth bedroom features both a full bed and a twin bed. Blackout curtains, fresh linens, and thoughtful touches like extra pillows and blankets make each room restful.

Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms provide convenience for groups. The ensuite includes a tub, while two others feature shower/tub combinations. Each is stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals together. Stainless steel appliances, a granite island, and essentials such as pots, pans, spices, and coffee make cooking simple. A refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, toaster, blender, and wine glasses are available. Meals can be shared around the dining table, with space for everyone to gather.

Family-friendly touches
Traveling with children is made easier thanks to a Pack ’n Play, high chair, children’s books, and toys.

Safety & convenience
The property is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Exterior security cameras monitor the front door, garages, and back door. Guests can use keypad self check-in for ease of arrival. Free parking and a washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

Neighborhood
This retreat balances seclusion with access to Cheyenne’s highlights. Attractions such as the Nelson Museum of the West, Wyoming State Museum, and Cheyenne Botanic Gardens are within a 17–20 minute drive, offering opportunities to explore before returning to your peaceful base on the prairie.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

CHILD PROOFING: While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not completely childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while they are on the premises.
