I might be a little biased, but my top three IHG Properties would have to be Holiday Inn Expresses, Candlewood Suites and Staybridge Suites. They have just been the most consistent chains. We do have the highest posting showed to be very clear about what our guests are to expect to pay. We understand that the amount might have not been in your budget. We would just like to start off by saying we are so sorry you experienced such a delay with the check in process! This is not typical what so ever. We found we had some technical issues with the travel phone, and it was brought to management's attention right after your check in. We have gotten it fixed and again we are so sorry. We hope to be able to provide you with a much better experience if we get the pleasure of your return on your next journey through Cheyenne!
