The hotel was clean the staff was nice our TV did not work did not have any volume our check-in time was later than it was supposed to be but the all-overs day was nice.

We come to Cheyenne every year. This was our first time at this hotel but it definitely won’t be our last. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Loved the breakfast. Having a kitchen and full size fridge in the room was so helpful for a longer stay.

embarrassingly poor
really disappointed in the overall quality of service and condition of hotel, an embarrassment for Marriott, and an abomination to pay $300 for this. Crib not available as advertised, broken furniture patched with dangerous screws, no high chair (only a broken one) available in restaurant and not a whiff of chlorine in the pool. Elevator alarms ringing when we loaded a few bags. Also, 'Downtown area' is just a dang lie, this was off in the middle of nowhere. Being short-staffed is one thing, and there were a few folks there trying to make it work, but charging $300 a night for a broken hotel is just horsesh*t.

Staff was very eager to help, and super friendly. The breakfast was alright, but could have had had at least a few more options for people with gluten allergies. (Which my wife suffers from) Still, you can't beat free.

The hotel is very nice. The only problem we had was the battery in the door died but it was at one in the morning and I was asleep and my husband couldn't get in. Went to the desk an the gentleman came up but didn't know what to do. I heard him an let him in. They fixed it the following morning. Other than that it was great

BEWARE!!!! Booked hotel through Expedia a month in advance to arriving, also paid through Expedia at booking time. Reserved a studio w/2 queen beds. Check in went well. When we entered our room it was a studio w/1 king bed & small love seat. Mind you we had 3 adults, one being my son that is over 6 foot. Went back to front desk, gentleman said that was the only room they had. Reservation means nothing to this hotel apparently. I asked for a manager, he did call someone. His response was, another employee on the day shift had changed the reservation & that was the only room left!! It was graduation weekend and no other rooms in the town. We made due. I was very angry. They billed my credit card for my stay after I had already paid through Expedia!!! Tried for 3 days after check out to reach a manager, left message on voicemail. Nothing. I have reached out to Expedia and they are also trying to help me by trying to contact the hotel. GOOD LUCK!!

The 2 ladies we dealt with at the front desk were both exceptionally nice. Unfortunately, they were the ONLY positives during our overnight stay. Upon check-in, we were told the pool was closed. Unfortunately, this was NOT listed on the website, or we would've stayed elsewhere. We were told we could use the pool at the Fairfield Inn next door. (NOTE: The woman at that hotel's desk was EXTREMELY rude & quite irritated that she had to (1) come to the desk to help someone, (2) let us into the pool and (3) there were also no clean towels so she had to go find some.) We had reserved / prepaid for a room with 2 queen beds but opened the door to find only 1 king bed. We went back to the desk & the hotel had only 2 rooms left apparently; luckily one of them was the 2 queen bed room we paid for. We got to our new room and one bed wasn't made. The fitted sheet was on it, but the flat sheet & coverlet were on the bed but not straight or tucked in, and the pillows were piled near the foot of the bed. There was dried toothpaste in the bathroom sink. There was hair in the sink and in the shower. There was a safety seal from a bottle left on the kitchenette counter. At breakfast, there was almost nothing available except for waffles, a couple yogurts, and some mystery pastry that was extremely dense and tasted very strange. The 2 ladies we spoke with were wonderful. The hotel was a total waste of money and ABSOLUTELY NOT worth what we paid for it.

We were thrilled with the room! There was a full size fridge, stove top, dishwasher, microwave and even a toaster and regular coffee pot! And real dishes and utensils!! Breakfast was good and free! Staff was friendly and helpful. Very nice place to stay and the price was good too! Thanks!
