'DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! BEWARE! Had to drive 1.5 hours on a motoscooter back to Chiang Mai at 1:30am because the rooms are infested with GIANT ants in the beds, and hundreds of small ants in the bathroom. They tried to move us to a different room and right when I walked in a giant ant crawled across the pillow on the bed.They offered to place me in a "different area/room", if i paid them more money! They essentially tried to extort money out of me just so I could have a non- infested hotel...

'We really enjoyed our four night stay. Malee and Kurt were very kind and helpful. The bungalows are quite basic, but that was fine for us. They are in a jungle-like setting. Although it was the rainy season, we also had some (almost) dry days. Keep in mind that the nearby Doi Chiang Dao Wildlife Sanctuary is only open for three months of the year.'

'Het is een bijzondere ervaring om in een roundhouse te slapen. Bedden zijn heerlijk. Douchen doe je buiten wat erg leuk is. De gastvrouw Suzy vertelt enorm veel en geeft leuke tips. Ontbijten is leuk verzorgd. Al met al een eenvoudige overnachtingsplek maar heel leuk om meegemaakt te hebben.'
