'We really love the staff! And the house is so nice too ❤️'

'Took a family studio but unfortunately one of the toilets was not operational. It wss a 2bdr, 2 washroom suite Small botique hotel - clean rooms, courteous staff, breakfast is extremely limited and made to order. Away from the city but beautiful locale. 20-25mins to city center and night market. Pool area and general areas were well maintained and spotless. Recommended '

'有禮，環境清潔'

'加床的床只是鋪床單在旁邊的椅子，很硬，改善後也一樣硬'

'I had a great stay at HeyHa house. The couple who runs the guest house are Chiang Mai natives. They are super fun to talk to and give great advice. They are laid back and offer nice coffee, tea, and snacks downstairs. The room itself was big and luxurious, with a huge bed. It was clean and they added fresh towels and made up the bed everyday. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, and was a great escape from the April heat in Northern Thailand. The neighborhood was a little outside the city,...

'Was heel goed was de moeite waard. Dichtbij de mall'

'不像五星飯店, 4 星而已'

'Zeer nette kamer, zeer vriendelijk personeel en prima ontbijt.'

'Very spacious and great amenities for the price. We liked the yard and communal kitchen. BeeBee at the front desk was very friendly and nice to our family.'

'The rooms are nice, modern and clean. But some things need improvement: WiFi was not usable, and for 5 days they kept saying: ‘we’ll have it fixed’. Nothing changed during our stay. The chairs in the restaurant urgently need replacement. They are so dirty and stained that you’ll loose all appetite looking at them. Some clean towels still had stains in them. '

'Clean and nice crew'

'Especially the access to the pool was really great, that’s why I booked it'

'Good hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, nothing is too much. Room was basic but clean and had everything you need. Breakfast both Thai and western. Bed was bit too hard. Location is ok. 10 minutes from old town. '
