A great hotel within walking distance to the clock tower and night bazaar. Our room was comfortable but the air conditioning was not fantastic and any noise from the central pool echoes throughout the building. The staff were friendly and breakfast offered a range of items.

J'ai séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel qui a un emplacement idéal pour arpenter les rues de Chiang Rai. Il est situé à 5 minutes de marche du terminal de bus, à 7 minutes de l'horloge et à moins de 2 minutes de nombreux restaurants. Ma chambre était spacieuse et bien agencée.

Great location
Loved the hotel. Loved the location. Easy walk to Night Market, Clock Tower, bus station, shops and restaurants. Only downside was that the water in the shower was only lukewarm.

It was good for a night or 2 stay. The pool is basically in the lobby which gets no sunlight so is freezing. The room was fine with the bathroom not the best but ok. The sink was super low and the shower was moldy on one side. Shower never got past luke warm. Just a short walk to the wonderful night market/bazaar. Breakfast was decent enough. There is a laundry in the lobby but we just did drop off across the street. To sum it up, it was fine for a place to lay your head for a day or two but it's not a hotel for lounging by the pool or lobby really.

Overall stay was very good. It's a very convenient location walking distance from night bazaar and many local restaurants and shops. Only down side to the property was that our room had a very weird smell once we steeped into the room and had to open window for a while to get the smell out. Besides that great property staff very nice and friendly and great location.

We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was so comfortable and the location can’t be beat. We did not eat breakfast but it looked good. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff of the hotel are really nice and friendly. This hotel is convenient if you want to visit temples because it’s close to them. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Chiang rai night bazaar which makes it easier if you want to eat something, and also 5 minute walk from the bus terminal. They even have buffet breakfast at the hotel for $200 baht which makes it convenient because you won’t find restaurants open so early. For a 500 baht deposit you can get a bike in the lobby. The only bad thing about the hotel is that is outdated and the pictures on the website makes he hotel look luxury when it’s not. It also needs to be cleaner. The bathroom has mold and the bathroom has curtain which were dirty. Other than that the hotel is convenient.”

It was very close to the night market. Safe and secure. Simple but clean and affordable. Would recommend booking the room with the balcony overlooking the street. Staff were very helpful.

A nice place!
Comfortable beds and really good water pressure in the shower :) Overall a nice hotel, thin walls/door so it was a bit noisy, but manageable. the staff was so kind and helpful! Close to centrum and night bazaar!

Comfortable and clean with friendly staff.
Great Hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Free bike use (although the bikes are too small for 6ft adults). We would happily stay here again.

Stayed for a couple of nights. It's a fairly new hotel to the area so generally fresh and clean. Didn't see anyone use the rather odd pool. Thought the breakfast a little stingy, very little choice.

Ggreat base from which to explore Chiang Rai
Nice spot, clean and comfortable, mostly quiet - a couple of evenings there was dance music coming from somewhere but ended relatively early. Had free hand sanitizer and facemasks at Reception, nice feature. Good restaurants within walking distance. And try Prompt Coffee a few doors down, it is awesome.

The hotel is pretty good for the cost. Room was clean and breakfast was very good. HOWEVER, during check-out we were rushing to leave and check-out. On the bus back to Chiang Mai we realized that our deposit was not returned. We tried to have them send it to down to us. They said basically too bad so sad. They would not return it because I had signed off on the slip. OMG! Horrible staff! They must be laughing all the way to the bank. Be careful!!

We liked the hotel very much. We did not like that the walk in rate was lower than the rate given by Expedia. Thankfully they were nice enough to cancel your booking at no cost and let us check in at the right rate. SHAME ON YOU...
