We stayed at this hotel again despite a bad experience last summer. On the first night we got there, when we entered the room it was hot, despite it being very mild outside and the rest of the hotel being cool. Turns out the AC only worked for maybe 20 minutes of our whole stay. On the third night they offered us a different room when we arrived around 9 PM ready for bed. They never bothered to call us during the day when we still might have considered changing rooms. We packed up and left instead of staying here again. The only redeeming thing about this hotel is breakfast. My kids are suckers for hotel breakfast. Nevertheless, even if this is the last hotel available, next time we’d just choose not to travel rather than staying here again. To boot, the EV chargers they advertise are routinely occupied by gas cars, and the hotel can’t be bothered to post signs saying EV charging only. They’ve had a year to fix this, at least. 0/10, would not stay again.

Check-in was quick and easy. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our requests for additional towels, pillows, cleaning were responded to promptly. Our room was clean and comfortable.The sleeper sofa was fine for sitting but not very comfortable for sleeping. Our second night there was a group with several small children in the room next to ours and we did hear quite a bit of noise through the wall.The facilities 24-hour fitness room boasted multiple exercise machines as well as free weights. The breakfast buffet that included made-to-order omelettes was excellent. Overall, it was a good stay.
