Grote 3 bdrm / dineren in het hart van Logan Square minuten naar DOWNTOWN

Mooie, onlangs gerenoveerde drie slaapkamer met een badkamer in het hart van Logan Square. Gelegen aan de Kimball-buslijn met wasservice (zie beschrijving) beschikbaar. Er is een buurt mini-mart een deur naar beneden en een Divvy fietsverhuur staan drie blokken verderop. Kom en verblijf in de populairste wijk van Chicago met enkele van de beste restaurants en bars die de stad te bieden heeft.
De unit bevindt zich op de tweede verdieping van een twee verdiepingen tellende grijssteen. Zeer zonnig met grote ramen. Vernieuwde 3 slaapkamers / 1 badkamer. HELE appartement (niet delen) in de handige buurt van Logan Square is aan jou om te gebruiken. Minuten naar het centrum en veel sites. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid op straat en op de Kimball-buslijn. TWEE flatscreen-tv's met Hulu-, Netflix- en HBOgo- en PREMIUM-kabel. De tweede tv bevindt zich in de middelste slaapkamer. Gratis internet. Samsung soundbar met Bluetooth. Goed uitgeruste keuken met grote apparaten en een koffiezetapparaat. Queen size hoogwaardige traagschuim matrassen in elke slaapkamer. De bank heeft ook een uitschuifbed en een luchtmatras kan op verzoek worden verstrekt. Lakens van hoge kwaliteit met een hoge draadtelling en dekbedden op elk bed met luxe kussens van traagschuim. Ik zal twee wasmanden voor je hebben (één voor donkere kleding - koud water wassen, de andere voor witte kleren - heet water wassen) en ik zal alle items wassen die je nodig hebt. Ik zal niet folden maar zal ze tegen de volgende ochtend pas witgewassen terugbrengen. De reden daarvoor is dat onze wasruimte zich in een onvoltooid deel van het gebouw bevindt en ik liever de service voor u aanbied dan dat u te maken heeft met de enge kelder. Er is ook een grote eetzaal voor familiefeesten. Daarnaast hebben we camera's op de EXTERIEUR van het gebouw. Met dat gezegd zijnde, wees alsjeblieft eerlijk met hoeveel gasten er logeren. A few coworkers and I, as well as my partner, visited Chicago for an annual wine festival. We loved the cleanliness of this apartment, it was spacious and sunny and just as advertised. Location was fantastic: in Logan Square but not in the heart of all the craziness. We would definitely stay again :)

Great weekend getaway!

My sister and I flew into town for a weekend getaway to visit friends and Nikkole's place was perfect! Everything we needed and much more was provided, and Nikkole quickly answered any questions we had and worked hard to ensure we had a perfect stay. The space was much larger than anticipated, had a full kitchen, and the neighborhood was much quieter than others we visited. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Groomsmen Stay

I needed a place close to Stan Mansion for my groomsmen and me to stay for the weekend before and after my wedding. This place was perfect. It's older, but it has a lovely charm and had significant remodeling done to make the stay feel modern, but also down-to-earth. TVs with full cable or streaming services are made available, fully stocked kitchen, and nice clean linens and towels ready to use. The host communicates well and gave me all of the little details I needed to know before and after our stay. She also offered her phone number and made it clear she would go out of her way to make anything right, but we never did as the space provided everything we needed. We'll definitely stay here again in the future.

Cubs Game Stay

A fun and quiet 2nd story apartment south of Logan Square. The apartment had 3 bedrooms, a nice kitchen, 1 bathroom, and was very clean. Our host Nikkole was very helpful and communicated well with us. We had a slight problem with the door lock and she came fixed it while we were out for breakfast and lunch. She was extremely helpful and accommodating. We came into town for a Cubs game and easily found our way around by walking, public transit, and using an Uber. There was plenty of street parking near then house. It was a great place for us and we would come back again!

Pokemon Fest weekend

This was my first trip to Chicago and driving downtown was crazy! So many cars & people! We loved the fact that we were able to park almost in front of the building and we didn't have to pay for parking or carry our luggage far. The unit has been updated with a keypad for entry. We felt very safe staying here. You could tell that it has been recently renovated and the beds were comfortable and the towels looked brand new. Thank you for having water and drinks in the frig. We will definitely stay here again next year when we come back for the Pokemon Fest!

Nice Owner But Mixed Feelings On Property

A friend and I stayed two nights in this property. Admittedly, she is more observant than I am and she had heard some horror stories about apartment rentals which maybe made her even more cautious and observant. First, the positives: I messaged back and forth with the owner and she seems nice, friendly and responsive. She seemed to care about the property and our time there. The location was good for our plans the price was good relative to others in the area. The inside of the property looked like it had been recently renovated and it matched the pictures. The furnishings, especially in the bedrooms, were pretty basic, but acceptable. There was a nice flatscreen TV with streaming options. These are the reasons I give 3 stars. For the negative: the facade on the front of the property looked like it was separated from the house and in disrepair. After we walked in the front door, the door leading to the first floor apartment had a broken window that had been "repaired" with cardboard. We didn't get in until around 8:30, and the owner left the key in the lock, not worried because "the apartment was on the second floor and no one would go up there." I was generally okay with this, but my friend was concerned. The key unlocks the deadbolt on the front door, but there were no other locks to secure it or the back door from the inside. (In hotels you often get that bar you can flip across the door to secure it from the inside.) That also made my friend uncomfortable, since we didn't know a previous renter hadn’t made a copy of the key. Nothing terrible, but it would have been nice if we could have secured it aside from the key. My friend noticed a strong smell of "dog", likely from the dog barking downstairs, but she seems to be okay after getting some Fabreeze. Other than that, one electric outlet was missing its faceplate, it looked like the floor had not been swept, and the toilet had not been cleaned. The last comment has nothing to do with the property, but it was located adjacent to a corner store with graffiti-tagged corrugated steel security doors at night. As we pulled into the unfamiliar neighborhood at dusk, it did not give us a welcome feeling, but that may just be typical of Chicago and/or city apartment rentals. In summary, we spent a fair amount for two nights in what was otherwise a fairly spacious apartment, but there were some things that will likely cause me not to use this service again.
