Hotel was nice, quiet and clean. Staff that we engaged with were nice and helpful. Room with king bed was clean and comfortable. Loved that check-out was Noon instead of the standard 11am at most places. Didn't try the continental breakfast that was offered, so I can't provide a review on that part.

There is NO bar. They have 2 seats that you can get a drink at. It's attached to the check in desk. They alcohol choice limited and mainly Hyatt brand. No restaurant in walking distance. Choose the other Hyatt .5 miles and multiple restaurants and bar/restaurants. The lady checking in at same time also disappointed. She order some frozen chicken tenders. Please remove you have a bar.

Booked a 2 double bed with sofa sleeper for myself and my 4 kids, ended up getting a king bed with no sofa sleeper, pretty sure we are breaking occupancy rules with 5 people for a room with just one bed, very disappointed, reservation staff told me I was welcome to cancel and find another hotel when my kids were already in the pool and all our stuff in the room. Unfortunate that this hotel Id being run this way.

Unfortunately, when I booked this room, I thought a double meant a queen size bed, but turns out a double is smaller than a queen bed. I spoke to someone at the front desk and they informed me that this particular location doesn’t have any queen beds. Only doubles, which kinda looks like a full-size bed and king size beds. I had no idea and I mentioned this to the front desk and they said if I would had booked through Hyatt, I would have received more description of the bed size and I replied with yes, but I would’ve had to pay double. So I ended up having to book another room because the beds were just way too small from my family. Be mindful of this .

Very clean and quiet. Soundproofing is excellent. They allow pets but you'd never know it. Customer service/front desk is very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast options are limited but food doesn't sit. It's made in small batches so always fresh. Eggs,sausage and pancakes. They even have almond milk for the cereal.

First room we were given we couldn't even get into. They reset our keys saying that i probably erased them on accident but the reset keys still wouldn't open our room. So they assigned us a second room which we got into right away. Room was clean but was a sauna in the room. Temperature was at 76 so i tried to lower the temperature and we left to goto an event. Afterwards we came back and couldn't get into our new room. Went throughto whole you must have accidentally erased the keys. They ended up sending a employee to get us into our room. He got us into our room but the key system wasn't working for our door and our room was now 80. He couldn't get our lock working but at least got the room to cool down greatly. Once he left I guess the front desk called to talk to us but the room phone wasn't working so we couldn't verify who called. We elected to stay in the room because 1 it started to cool down and 2 we werenot planning to leave till morning. Well weshould have left our room was not sound proof in the slightest and kids chasing each other around in the hallway kept us up allnight. Safe to say me and my wife will never stay at a hyatt.

Check-in was quick. Room layout was strange. The heater blew out cold air. The elevator floors had water on it each time I used it. Bathroom was very small. Food serving and reception areas are small.

Very accomodating for our big group!!
This is the third year in a row that we have taken our high school cheer team to back to back competitions in the area. This year we needed to leave the hotel 15 minutes before breakfast was scheduled to start. The hotel manager made arrangements for breakfast to start an hour earlier to accomodate our group!! The staff, rooms, lobby, and breakfast were all amazing. We will stay again next year!!

This hotel is usually our first choice hotel to stay at for the last five years. We decided to stay at this hotel for five days when we normally stay for two to three days. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations this time. We requested cleaning for two days straight, and they did not respond but left new towels with garbage bag expecting us to clean the hotel. The bed was not comfortable. I was very frustrated and disappointed. Our hotel room smelled funny and sewage. We will give another try next time we stay but sadly staying at this hotel did not make the long trip enjoyable.

I accidentally left a book I was reading and asked if they had found it. I was able to pick it up more than a week later. The staff went above and beyond in my stay as well as with my book issue. I sincerely appreciate it. They have a very comfortable bed and a fantastic free breakfast! Highly recommend this hotel.
