From our beautifully updated unit on historical Logan Blvd, you can walk to the farmer's market on Sundays, then cook your finds in our well-equipped kitchen. If cooking's not your thing, Logan Square has several award-winning restaurants– all nearby– or you can take the train (a 5-minute walk!) anywhere in the city to get a personal taste of Chicago. Enjoy this beautiful & bright luxury space immersed in the vibrant energy Logan Square has to offer.


Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate.  If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.


Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only.  Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.


Any guest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people in the group.  Bookings made on behalf of others are allowed for some unique circumstances so please inquire if you are planning to book for someone else but do not intend to stay yourself.


Parking in the city can be tricky and is not guaranteed. There may be some street parking available nearby, but please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere on the street to avoid being ticketed or towed. To guarantee a spot, you can use a parking app like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book parking spots ahead of time around the city.


Very simply, please respect my home and my neighbors. Please read these rules carefully and take them seriously, failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or termination of your reservation without a refund.


1.) No parties or additional overnight guests without prior approval. Noise disturbances reported by neighbors or police are unacceptable.

2.) Additional visitors are not permitted at my property.  Only registered guests may access the property for the entire duration of your stay.

3.) Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to the designated location by the agreed upon check-out time. Failure to do so will result in a $250 late check-out penalty.

4.) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. Additionally, local law prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge. “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or in any form. No marijuana, medical or otherwise, may be used, grown, stored or consumed on the premises.

5.) Please be respectful of my neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily.

6.) Pets are not allowed at the property unless previously approved and pet fee paid. You will be charged $500 if you bring an unauthorized animal.

7.) Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $50 per key fee.

8.) I acknowledge that as the primary guest on the reservation that I am staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay and responsible for the actions of all guests.  If you are NOT staying at the property and booking on behalf of others, please contact us as limited exceptions are permitted to this rule.

10.) Lost and Found:  We are not responsible for any personal items left behind. If you let us know what personal items you are missing we will make an attempt to locate those in our lost and found and have them shipped to you at your own expense. Please be sure to check the home (including all drawers and closets) before you depart to ensure you have all of your personal belongings.

* To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay, provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose.

* We do additional verifications using AutoHost after you book and we reserve the right to reject bookings that fail our tests. Additionally, you must have a good track record on Airbnb as a guest.

Disturbing creaking sound in the floor from upstairs and floor where we stay. Suppose quiet hours did not apply for we could hear foot steps from upstairs. Good location for where we plan to visit.

Spacious, clean 2bedroom flat on Logan Blvd, near everything. Quiet but dark, as it is north facing. Had toilet plumbing issue but it was quickly fixed.

Great neighborhood to get out, walk the town, visit the Sunday farmer's market, talk to locals, and so much more. Located in a hip-and-happening area with a lot to do. The listing is accurate, although some maintenance issues could be addressed to make the stay more hospitable.

Check in/out process was not communicated on time, so it was a little nerve racking, but other than that, the listing was nice. Also, the space does not really accommodate for 6 - it’s a two bedroom with two Queen sized beds and a couch.

Fantastic location and a beautiful apartment
The accommodations are beautiful, well appointed, clean, and spacious. We walked to fabulous restaurants and were a short Lyft ride downtown. The bathroom with its multiple shower heads and a jetted tub is worth the stay alone. We felt pampered and enjoyed staying in as much as we had fun exploring the neighborhood. Highly recommend! Our only hiccup was communicating with the property manager. Emails from two different services made who we were communicating with very confusing. Eventually we got sorted and had a great trip.

Great stay n a great neighborhood
Very comfortable and well appointed with luxury bathroom. Upstairs neighbor had a new puppy, so somewhat noisy but not disruptive. Lula's Cafe is one of many good local dining options. If you’re lucky you will find a nearby parking place.
