Located in La Coquina, a country setting in Chiclana de la Frontera, this charming holiday rental villa accommodates up to 8 guests.
Outside, the villa has a private 8x4 metre chlorine swimming pool with a depth of 1.3 to 1.9 metres that sits in the centre of the garden, surrounded by lawns and a paved area where you will find the barbecue area where you can enjoy a nice dinner on the porch table after a day of sightseeing. Privacy is partial thanks to the fencing that surrounds the property, while a cosy porch offers a shady and furnished retreat for relaxing outdoors.

The layout of the villa is all on one level, where the interior features a bright living-dining room equipped with a cosy fireplace and a Smart TV. There is a fully equipped gas cooker with all the necessary utensils for the comfort of your stay. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it's time to sleep you will find a bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and fan. The second and third bedrooms have two double beds, wardrobe and fan and one of them also has a TV. The fourth and last bedroom has two single beds and a trundle bed for one person. There are two bathrooms with shower and an additional toilet outside the villa. Finally, there is a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

Chiclana de la Frontera is a town in the province of Cadiz, in Andalusia. In terms of location, this villa is only a 15-minute drive from the beautiful Sancti Petri Beach, ideal for enjoying the sun and the sea. Furthermore, we can reach the city centre of Chiclana de la Frontera in 12 minutes by car, where we can find shops, restaurants and bars where we can enjoy its gastronomy. The town also has a rich historical and cultural heritage, with monuments such as the church of Nuestra Señora de Regla.
