'quite a long walk from train station ( 1 km) no taxis! but pretty well the closest. bar is also reception (which was great as I was desperate for a beer after bus substituted for train! efficient small lift, comfortable room with large comfy bed & plenty of electric plugs. quiet in room despite it being a Saturday, although restaurant full with waiting list. great well priced Italian meal (despite being promoted as Sushi - which was available -after a fashion)! slept well. Owner opened breakfast...

'The hotel is located above a sushi restaurant and the restaurant people did the check-in. They were really friendly and allowed us an early check-in. Rooms start to get a bit old, anyway they have everything needed for a comfortable stay. The centre of the village is at walking distance. '

'Établissement incroyable qui donne sur la place principale avec une très belle architecture et un confort digne d’un palace.
Personnel à l’écoute et parking non couvert disponible via une réservation vivement conseillée. Même conseil pour le spa qui n’est pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre (malheureusement c’était complet à notre arrivée).
L’hôtel mérite une bien meilleure notation et les photos ne reflètent pas la beauté de la bâtisse.

'This mountain boutique hotel is clean and the individual studio rooms have a fantastic old time charm. The courteous staff ensured our stay was as comfortable as possible. The hotel’s location also made getting to the Valmalenco gondola a breeze.

Helaas zorgden het bijhorende restaurant en de bar voor heel wat nachtlawaai. Isolatie tussen de kamers kan eveneens veel beter.

The hospitality was unique and we got a lot of recommendations for fantastic walks in Valtellina's vineyards, restaurants, etc. The breakfast, cleaning and the service we experienced was extraordinary.
