'A central location near many of the city’s best attractions. I was here because my wife was in hospital after an accident and dates were fluid. Barbara was very understanding and helpful about possible date changes.
I would definitely stay here again. The room is very secure but be aware that it’s up two flights of stairs. '

'Modern and stylish interior. Clean. Very safe, all the doors lock automatically. Very friendly owner / hostess. Close to the city center, easy to walk to restaurants etc. AC a little bit noisy, but it works well to keep the room cool and that is definitely needed in the summer in Treviso.'

It is an unmanned accomodation - we were asked for our arrival time - we arrived a bit earlier than scheduled - Alessandra made a wonderful effort not to keep us waiting and checked us in no problems. 'Overall good score. At first we had a room with no view (although booked otherwise), however receptionist Roberto did provide excellent service and moved us to anorher room. Rooms are clean and mostly up to date. Quick acces location to train station and city centre'

'Everyone was real nice. We struggled with transportation, but our front desk called taxis for us for 30 minutes before finally finding one. No one was accepting my uber ride. This might have been a random occurrence because it was Sunday and the country was on holidays.
We left before breakfast due to our flight time. They prepared take away snacks for us. Very thoughtful.
The free bikes were great also.'

'Quando arrivi all'Antico Palazzo Bortolan, ti senti subito accolto, il personale è gentile e disponibile, tutti sono attenti ad ogni tua esigenza, premurosi e disponibili a dare preziosi consigli per agevolare la visita alla città.
Apprezzatissimo il Caffè letterario al piano terreno dell’edificio e la possibilità di avere a disposizione un parcheggio riservato per l’auto, molto vicino e di facile accessibilità.
