Calling it a “Cozy Lakefront Cabin on Sheridan Lake” doesn't do it justice.This beautiful cabin offers everything you need and has fantastic neighbours!Communication with Enia and Mark was excellent. 'We quickly figured it out but the address given was off by 16, I.e. 3999 vs 4015…not a big deal but could be corrected…kitchen very well equipped!'

'This place was perfect if you're looking for a cozy home-like atmosphere to stay. Excellent and timely communication with our hosts Aaron and Ashely. Kitchen had everything needed for making breakfasts, packing lunches, and having suppers on-site while working in nearby Lytton for the week. Comfortable beds. Helpful each room had its own temperature regulation. Thanks for a great stay! Will definitely come again on my next work trip to Lytton.'

'What a fantastic place, it was everything we had hoped for. The boats, the yard, the lake, the rooms ,all perfect and we had so much fun. Pro tip, you can get ice cream cones from Tyax, even better is to get them after walking their interpretive hike. We also visited Kingdom lake and walked to Noel and Lost lake with the kids. '

'Schon bei unserer Ankunft waren wir erstaunt darüber, wie liebevoll das Haus ursprünglich gebaut und später mit viel Stil renoviert und modernisiert wurde. Das Haus und der Garten sind eine Oase der Ruhe, die nur durch Tiergeräusche, wie die von u.a. Streifenhörnchen, Spechten, einem Kolibri und ab und zu von weiter entfernten Nachbarn unterbrochen wird. Uns hat im Haus an nichts gefehlt: es war u.a. ausreichend Trinkwasser vorhanden, wir konnten ausgiebig kochen und backen in der voll...

'My family had a wonderful time at Birch Haven! The views from this beautiful lakeside cottage were absolutely stunning — waking up in the upper floor bedroom to expansive lake and mountain views was a real treat. The private lakeside deck, complete with comfortable chairs and table, was perfect for listening to the loons with morning coffee and for gazing at the wide starscape - so many stars on a clear night! 'Our daughter got married at Tyax lodge and we hosted our photographer and videographer at the house for the weekend. It was perfect and had everything they needed - so close to the lodge. It was perfect. Chris responded quickly to a couple of questions we had. We would certainly recommend and would book again. '

'Had a great stay. Love the cabin and remote location right on the lake. My only suggestion is being more upfront about the fact that this cabin is 100% off grid with quite a few processes to ensure you have all the systems running properly every day. This was not a problem for us as we are mechanically inclined, but it did come as a surprise as I didn’t see this in the rental description.Regardless, we had a really wonderful stay and would definitely reccoment the place to others '
