'By far one of the best rooms I have booked, ESPECIALLY for the price. staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, my kids are picky and they enjoyed it!'

'Loved the decor that was related to the Muscle Shoals music history. The only things I didn’t like were the pillows, flat and I would have liked a coffee pot in the room. All staff excellent. Great dining experience in Grill 360. Good music in Swampers Bar and Grill. The pool area is beautiful.'

'Voor een tussenstop kwamen we uit in Florence en besloten daar een nacht te overbruggen. Zowel het hotel als Florence bleken een goede keuze te zijn. Zoals vele hotels in de US is de inrichting min of meer standaard en is het belangrijk dat alles schoon is. dat was het geval. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd met voldoende keuze.'

'I want sure what category this fell under. You had just bought the Coldwater Inn in Tuscumbia, AL. We had to check in 3 different times and obtain 3 different sets of keys. Inconvenient. But no big deal. But i thonk that caused the next issue. Our room wasnt cleaned while we were there and we were there a full week. Had to ask for toilet paper. No made beds, etc. Again. No big deal as it was just my husband and I. Just thought you would want to know how the transition is going. '

'Rooms were small but clean and modern. Nice seating pad near the window. Overall look of hotel was nice! Fitness room had three machines that were usable but all had its defaults.. Breakfast was really good, apples and oranges were nice! Eggs and sausage/biscuits and gravy also. Management wasnt very friendly, no spontaneaous greetings on every encounter. Didnt seem very interested or pleased with running the hotel.. Close to the shoals which was good!'

'Tub Was Backed up, mold on the ceiling, beds uncomfortable, AC was weak and took quite a bit to cool down to a comfortable temperature. booked 6 nights, only stayed one night'
