'This was a beautiful property with a gorgeous lake and mountain view. Nice restaurant with a good buffet breakfast and tasty food on the menu for lunch or dinner. The sore point of our stay was at the very start we had a terrible encounter with one of the front desk staff- Yelkna. We were 8 persons (2kids) in 3 rooms and her tone was very abrasive and unnecessarily rude. Some of us only had e-copies of our PDI forms which we were able to email to the hotel but she still treated us harshly....
'prachtige plaats, echter niet zo afgelegen als de naam zou zeggen. Toch heb je niet echt het gevoel dat je in een drukke plaats zit.

'Great place to stay. Great staff. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Only caveat is at the moment (26 September 26) the hotel is adding a large extension to the building so there was a lot of building work noise till 6.30pm and it started again at 9am. Because of the noise it was difficult to relax.'
