'Room was excellent with a huge bed, breakfast was a little busy on occasions but staffwork very hard and everything worked fine, would like to say Zoe on the front desk and Kamila who runs the breakfast restaurant were absolutely fantastic people ,every hotel would be lucky to have people like these. 'Had a really lovely stay at the Queen's Arms for one night. Two of our party had dogs and the outside rooms were ideal with a safe area for feeding them and a nice sitting area for us. Footpath from the pub made walking them easy without the need to drive anywhere. The thing that stood out even more than the great food and very comfortable clean rooms was the very lovely staff and great service. Nothing was too much trouble. Delicious breakfast too. We will return. '

Breakfast starts at 8 but we got notified it would be 9 because no staff. We paid for it and got some toast and some cerials but was a bit of a downer. If I don't need to have early breakfast I would go again. Colese to highway and Highclere castle by the way.'
