'sheets were extremely dirty, and not only once, but even after getting new ones. Checked in their laundry room and all sheets are being washed at low temperatures / without soap? in any case disgusting. 'Excellent service. The nighttime front desk employee knew my name before I told him who I was and checked me in in no time. I wish I had asked for his name. 'The area is amazing and you’ll be able to easily walk into Roma Norte and Condesa. We stayed in the PH and while we didn’t use the patio a lot it was nice to have the natural light. I will say the only thing is the patio doesn’t feel as private as you might like as it’s only sectioned off by a moderate partition leading to the laundry room, gym and communal rooftop. 'Awesome design and location, walkable to everything . I had a room on the higher floor and it had fantastic views. The room was well appointed, had great toiletries, little knickknacks that made it feel like home. The inside/outside design of the staircase is beautiful and showcased the thoughtful design.
