We are the perfect location for business travelers, students, tourists and those relocating to the Los Angeles area who need to find a home away from home for several nights, a week, a month or even longer. Our house is conveniently located off State Route 71. From our location, you can easily visit local attractions such as Chino Hills State Park, Brea Mall and Raging Waters LA.

It is beautiful furnished single-level 2 bed/2bath family home, nestled on a peaceful elevated corner lot in one of the safest cities in the nation Chino Hills! The house is approximately 10 minutes away driving from Lake Los Serranos.

The house features cozy and stylish space:
1. Master Bedroom – Features a luxurious King-size bed, cozy loveseat, and an en-suite bathroom for ultimate privacy and comfort. Provided Smart TV.

2. Second Bedroom – Outfitted with a Queen-size bed + Twin-size bed, ideal for kids, extra guests, or friends traveling together. Also includes blackout curtains for restful sleep. Provided Smart TV.

We have a self-check-in system for guests' convenience to arrive anytime they wish, without the task of coordinating schedules.

Please note that plans have been pulled with city to build ADU (construction is not started yet until approved plans)

Manager is pretty invisible to guests. The manager is available through the VRBO messaging system, but we are hands off and let our guests feel like it's their home.

For 30 days stay or longer, we would ask kindly to sign lease agreement via Docusign after booking confirmation. For tenant bringing pet, there is also pet waiver. Thank you
