On the ground floor you will find an intimate and functional environment , consisting of a small equipped kitchen (with oven), a sofa ideal for relaxing after a day wandering around the streets and canals, and a dining table perfect for romantic breakfasts or dinners.
A characteristic , narrow, rustic-style staircase leads to the second floor , where there is a double bedroom with a large wardrobe to comfortably store your personal effects. The floor is completed by a private bathroom with sink , shower , a small window that lets in natural light, and washing machine for every practical need.
The apartment is air conditioned , to ensure maximum comfort even in the hottest months .
