Dear Mr Verlhust, Let me point out some things. Do not want to criticize your “sense of beauty or aesthetic” regarding our city but Chioggia is admired from all over the world for its history, culture, architecture and I could go on listing all its features… You only have seen ugliness and dirt; it’s of course your point of view. Mosquitos? All lagoon places unfortunately suffer its presence during summertime although massive disinfection actions are regularly taken as prophylaxis from the Municipality before and during those very hot months. Garage: you denied our parking offer (nov 2nd) and, if accepted, everything could be sorted; you hadn’t to walk for half hour, (normally 10’). Our car services raise the customers of any concern about. Who do not agree with have to deal personally, unfortunately. Restaurant: there is no fight between our sections, at all. The waiter simply suggested you that on the main street the Restaurants’ choice was multiple (ours was full), so we even promote local restaurants where clients can even taste local dishes, no other hidden reasons. Saturdays night is always a problem to have dinner if not booked in advance. Bar: we’ll investigate on the aspects you wrote, tips etc. The Hotel clients’ bills can be easily debited, if communicated. Bar policy is to cash any time they serve Pre-Paid booking: have a look at Booking Policies I conclude asking you a simple question: for which reason did you quit the Hotel? - All what negatively mentioned here above - the health gravity of a situation occurred to your friend in hospital who needed your presence and so, requesting us to anticipate your departure one day earlier? For this serious matter there is no evidence at all in all your notes. It does remain for a us an enigmatic curious question mark!
