The terrace is about 30 m2, it is very sunny, it is southeast facing and the sun shines on it from very early until late in the afternoon. It is covered with an awning, which can be fully or partially opened at will. The terrace, which is protected from the view of the neighboring houses, is ideal for sunbathing, eating outdoors, reading in the afternoon or enjoying summer nights.
