Charmant huis op een heuvel met uitzicht op de stad

Deze schoonheid met 4 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers ziet er prachtig uit over de binnenstad van Chippewa Falls. Dit huis ligt in de buurt van het Heyde Center for the Arts en dicht bij alles wat de stad Chippewa Falls te bieden heeft.

Dit 120 jaar oude huis is volledig gerenoveerd met alle karakter en charme op hun plaats gelaten. Ons huis heeft twee gashaarden perfect voor koude winternachten. De woning is uitgerust met Kenmore Elite-apparaten.

Breng de avond door in onze schilderachtig verlichte achtertuin. Geniet van de zonsondergang op de veranda en eet ontbijt, lunch of diner op het terras met uitzicht op de stad. Geniet van een mooi vuur op het stenen terras of geniet van uw stress in onze hot tub in de buitenlucht. Let op de outdoor hottub (seizoensgebonden) 1 juni-30 september.

Ons huis is een perfect verblijf voor degenen die hun bruiloft hebben in het Heyde Centre for the Arts. Bruidsfeestjes gebruiken het huis om zich voor te bereiden op de grote dag, het echtpaar trekt zich terug in het huis voor een romantische huwelijksnacht en het is een geweldig cadeau openingslocatie de dag erna!

We zijn ook in de buurt van de Chippewa Falls Ice Arena, de thuisbasis van het Chippewa Steel Hockey Team! Wij zijn door en door een hockeyfamilie en houden van het staal! Dit huis is een geweldige locatie voor staalfamilies om het weekend door te brengen met het kijken naar hun favoriete hockeyspeler!

Charming really describes this house. It has all the things I love about older homes - wood floors, doors, and casings. The decorations make you feel at home. And the house has everything you need. My teenage granddaughter gave it high marks. There is quite a bit to do in Chippewa Falls. Irvine park is beautiful. And we always need to go to Olson’s ice cream whenever we are anywhere near the area!

Charming an cozy ladies’ getaway

A group of friends and I gathered in this house to have a relaxing weekend getaway. The place was wonderful, beautiful old world charm with all the modern amenities. We reconnected over morning coffee on the deck in the treetops, relaxed in the hot tub, and had a late night chats around the fire pit. We had some good meals based on the host’s recommendations and had a great time wandering around town shopping at the antique mall and the boutiques. Absolutely loved it, thank you for a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our two night stay! The house was clean and well stocked with soaps and paper towels. The deck was great to hang out and visit on. The hot tub was a nice touch to end the day. The home was in a great location for walking downtown as well. We plan to stay at the house again.

Beautiful House

We used this house to celebrate my daughter's graduation from UWEC. It was just what we needed. The only issue we had was finding it to start. We used Waze and didn't realize at first that the entrance to the house was off the alley and not the street address. No big deal once we figure it all out. The hosts were very responsive whenever we contracted them during the booking process and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Well kept comfortable house

Sibling stay to visit with our parents

It was fun to explore this beautiful older home and admire how well it's been kept up. We weren't there much during the day but beautiful weather on the deck in the evenings. We were all very comfortable here and brought back memories of when we grew up in Chippewa.

Lovely home, historic town

Chippewa Falls is a beautiful and interesting town, near Lake Wissota--another reason to visit the area! The September weather was perfect for a wedding on the shores of the water, and the sunset was amazing. Love Bridge St and the other points of history in the town. Visit the Leinenkugel Brewery for a fun tour and tasting. Enjoy Tara and Jason's place, easy walk to the main sites of Chippewa Falls. If you plan on sleeping in the upstairs master or twin rooms, be aware of a steep staircase. Good place otherwise for the kids as there are plenty of games to keep busy

This was a wonderful home! It was meticulously clean and within walking distance of downtown Chippewa. The home has a historically significant past, and has amazing details throughout. The view from the deck is gorgeous. The owner was very responsive and helpful! I highly recommend this home!

Friends til the end!

The property was amazing and gorgeous! Would love to know the history of the house! We spent time enjoying the beautiful weather on the deck and in the hot tub. Went to the leinenkugal Brewing Company (highly suggest it) and enjoyed visiting Lake Wissota state Park, the Candy Shop, visiting Irvine Park and see the animals while enjoying Olson’s ice cream. This house and this city is great for a friends or family get away or with a special someone! The owner, Tara, was super nice and was informative when there was some tree damage in the yard after a storm! I as well as my husband and friends would highly recommend this house and town for your next get away!

Great backyard in convenient location

This was a very cozy house. Had an awesome backyard that was close enough to downtown Chippewa Falls that we were able to enjoy a free outdoor concert from the deck. Very easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants in town.

Lovely retreat

Four friends in our 30s (and one infant) got together for a weekend retreat and catch up. Communication was top notch and the property is as described. Would definitely stay here again. Lovely secluded property, close to many great shops and coffee spots. I greatly appreciated when Tara refunded us a portion of the payment because the TV was not working. You'll be well taken care of and rejuvenated after a stay at this property.

Quick getaway

We wanted to explore Chippewa Falls on our way home to Illinois from Minnesota and this was the perfect place for us. The location was close to many good restaurants, bars and shopping. We enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub at the end of each day.
