'Breakfast was good room had a nice layout. Bathroom was terrible, old tub very short toilets no hot water for 2 days. Halls and rooms were vacuumed but the edges of carpets in rooms halls look like they have not been swept in months'

'I called the day before saying we would be checking in late, and to request a crib. We were told it would not be an issue. After a long day of travel, we arrived around midnight and checked in. It appeared we were placed in the wrong room - we were supposed to get a King suite and were given a double queen - and without a crib. I'
