'I recently stayed at Secrets St. Lucia and unfortunately would not recommend this resort. The experience started off on the wrong foot with a very confusing check-in process that took nearly an hour. Throughout the stay, most of the staff came across as rude and disengaged, with a few notable exceptions—Sanchey, in particular, was wonderful and stood out for their kindness and professionalism. 'Fantastische locatie voor de all inclusive reiziger, die niet van het terrein af wil. In omgeving weinig restaurants, behalve bij het hotel. Indien huurauto, weg naar hotel is abominabel.'
