'Excellent experience, fantastic staff. We received a call the week of our stay, warning us that there was not an elevator on the property, to make sure we were okay with taking the stairs. (We were, but it was nice that they asked.) After we left, they went above and beyond when my husband left his diabetic supplies (insulin, refrigerated container) behind - they were willing to mail it back to us. Very responsive to some semi-frantic phone calls. We appreciate it!'

'Three of us came home with bed bugs. Having to pay for pest control, new mattress and having to wash everything in the house or throw away. Could not reach customer service. Tried multiple times and was transferred to AI reservations every time. Tried to submit a complaint on their website but their site would not let me submit. Very coincidental huh? If I do not get compensation I will leave a bed bugs review about Wyndham/LaQuinta on every social platform known to man every day for a year!...
