The Space:

The apartment measures 75 sqm in total, with 65 sqm of internal living space and a 10 sqm private balcony. The open-plan living room includes a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, cookware, dishes and glassware. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a queen bed and wardrobe storage, and the apartment has two bathrooms with walk-in showers, one of them en suite to the main bedroom. Every room is air-conditioned, and the living area opens onto the balcony, which looks out over the lagoon. The apartment also provides an in-room safe, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, a Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. The layout suits couples, small families and colleagues sharing, for short or extended stays.



Guest Access:

Cassia Residences comprises two low-rise buildings set around a tropical lagoon inside Laguna Phuket, next to the Cassia Phuket hotel and around six hundred metres from Bang Tao Beach. Guests have private use of the entire apartment and access to the residence's shared facilities: the communal swimming pool overlooking the lagoon, passenger lifts in each building, resident parking subject to availability and 24-hour security, as well as the gym and beach club of the adjacent Cassia Phuket hotel. The complimentary Laguna shuttle connects the residence with the beach, the Laguna resorts, RAVA Beach Club and Porto de Phuket, and the lagoon boat service links the resort's waterways.



The Neighborhood:

Everything is close at hand in Laguna Phuket. Boat Avenue, with its restaurants, cafés, boutiques and Friday night market, is a short walk away, and Porto de Phuket and Central Porto de Phuket are a few minutes further by car. Canal Village offers shops, a supermarket and everyday conveniences inside the resort, the BDMS Wellness Clinic provides medical and wellness care, an international kindergarten welcomes younger residents, and Laguna Golf Phuket, the island's championship course, is a short drive away.



Getting Around:

The residence is easy to reach and easy to leave. Taxis and ride-hailing cars with Grab or Bolt are readily available, the complimentary Laguna shuttle serves the beach and the resort's key points, the lagoon boat connects the waterways, and bicycles can be rented locally. Phuket International Airport is about 25 minutes away by car.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment is suitable for couples, small families or business travellers. Pets are not permitted. Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited. Parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Hanging clothes on the balcony is not permitted, in accordance with residence regulations. Utilities are included in the rate for normal residential usage. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request through the Guest In-App, subject to availability and additional charges.
