Hello, Thank you for spending your holiday with Villa Baan Phu Prana. We apologize that this incident is all that you remember about your stay with us. We want to clarify a few points to your review: 1. When you checked in, our staff let you use the rooftop swimming pool after normal hours as you arrived late and requested this. 2. We allowed your outside guests to come and enjoy the pool as well. 3. The glass was broken by your outside guest. On the evening this was done, you signed the bill and gladly accepted the charge to replace the beer glass that was broken. We are sorry to hear that this was the focus of your holiday, and hope that you can enjoy Surin sometime soon. Thank you,

We advertise the correct room size and amenities so you can see what your room includes. We offer a continental breakfast (included in your room rate), which many of our guests enjoy. Our maintenance staff did change this, but there was still an issue when you arrived back on your second night. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused. The Villa Owner spoke with you upon check out, and did compensate you by discounting free breakfast for both days, and provided you with a free bottle of Prosecco to make up for the inconvenience.
