'It was a really beautiful hotel, just far away from the city , the staff really nice with us and food breakfsst really good , just the room will sometimes be a bit humid in the entrance and was slippery even not using the shower and a lot of little bugs like crickets'

'Clark Amer is a nice hotel to stay. Some of the front desk employee need a training how to behave, talk and be helpful to all the customers. There is a major difference how they take care of visitors with a high standard. At arrival there is a ceremony only for the high standard people, not for all customers. Some of the front desk employee, don't listen to the customers at all, that's a shame, because it is a nice hotel. I would advise the manager to train the front desk employee. On the...
