The staff were very accommodating and helped me book a safari online through the government website on their computer as I didn’t bring mine which was a huge relief and very very helpful. 'This hotel has been the highlight of our India trip, offering everything to make our Tiger experience complete. There was a music show, delicious dinners (and lunch, breakfast, afternoon tea). A beautiful room with very comfortable beds and a big enough garden for a short after dinner stroll. But most of all the staff was helpful, always friendly, enthousiastic. 'Great place to stay for safaris in Ranthambore if pickups are part of your safati package. Hotel is only accessible by a 1-2 km-long dirt road which is not uber accessible. Be aware that getting out to do stuff is therefore difficult if you don't have a driver waiting or pickup by gypsy jeep for safari. That said, hotel is a nice retreat between safaris. Staff were kind and caring though few spoke English. Laundry service was inexpensive and wonderful. Buffets plentiful but Indian dishes were...

'Loved the new hotel, and our rooms had their own swimming pool and open-air bathtub! Loved it ! Loved the live performances at Hi Tea! But missed lots of fresh vegetables at dinner, we were told, as the hotel was in the middle of a desert, fresh vegetables were not possible!'
