'Warmly recommended. It's a lovely hotel in Tbilisi's old district. We liked the room a lot. It was very closy, comfortable and also provided a balcony in our case. We used the balcony quite a lot in the evening to enjoy the spectacular view. Staff is very friendly and attentive. 'Wonderful staff at the reception. Very professional, they communicate in English, very helpful , and go out of their way to make one feel at home. Two of them we came across was George and Nana…both were amazing. Housekeeping staff wonderful…our rooms were immaculately clean. Breakfast at the coffee shop was good. Gigi & Nika were exceptional. 'Lovely hotel, we really liked our stay. Staff is friendly and responsive. I would only say that storage of clothes was a bit problematic, but I must say we had a lot with us. Have very good memories about this place. Breakfasts were super tasty. Great job TUTA! '

'We really like our room 302 with an amazing view.
Everything was clean and very tightie. We didn't have any issues with check in or noises even tho the hotel is located next to restaurants. AC worked perfectly all 4 days we stayed here. And room service was every other day. The staff as we friendly and informative. I have nothing negative to say. '

'Triple room was very spacious and comfortable.It was a quiet location , yet close to the market and the metro station . Breakfast was very good . Most of the staff is rude and unhelpful except Irakali , who was extremely helpful and gracious, knew fluent English.'

'It is close to the city centre (if you like walking), the view and breakfast are incredibly beautiful. the staff were extremely hospitable and very interested. the room was designed to meet all my needs. I did not need anything extra. Tbilisi is a beautiful city. When I come here again, my preference will be this hotel again.'
