'The location is excellent for visiting the Rim Country. There are a lot of amenities available, and I can see why families would want to stay here. An added plus is that you are pretty much off the grid. The immediate vicinity of the lodge has Wi-Fi that is iffy at times, but there is no cell service once you venture a few yards from the buildings. The restaurant was very disappointing with several tables complaining about cold food, burgers that took 45 minutes to arrive, and the limited hours....

'Thebdoor barely latched. The ice machine was broken. The manager tried to overcharge me when her new desk clerk deleted my reservation instead instead of checking me in. The front desk ecen said it was their fault and the manger said too bad, you need to pay a higher price because we lost your reservation. After the run around and horrible treatment from the manager, the owner was finally called. I wasted so much time with my family to be mistreated and it ruined our trip. Will not stay there...
