The man at the counter was kind. Everything else was terrible. Photos online are misleading, the area is terrible, the hotel itself dirty, we felt unsafe and stayed somewhere else. When asked what could be done as far as a refund, I was told they do no such thing for any reason.

This was the worst hotel to have ever stayed in. Not sure how Expedia is even associated and promoting this property, let alone how it got such a high rating from other reviewers. There was dried blood on the sheets, the bathroom was covered in mold, there was a 1 inch gap between the top of my door and the door frame, the room smelled like weed despite being smoke-free, and when we turned on the AC it was blowing air that smelled like urine. We barely slept and left after 1 night into our 3 night reservation. Horrific.

Nice rooms but management needs to do better.
The rooms are very nice and have been redone. Unfortunately, however, I did not have a good experience because of management error. They gave another guest a key card for my room and he barged in in the middle of the night. As a solo female traveler I was unnerved to say the least. Unacceptable.
