Super noisy, i couldnt sleep for two nights, neighbor was watching tv all the nights, staff didn’t answer phone call, wasn’t clean I went to Motel 6 in Phoneix after that and in Phoneix was amazing, please check my other review for the Phoenix one. But this one in San Diego was really bad

First time in California and this one was the one i have decided to stay at the whole time, very dedicated to the guest and making your stay as easy and comfortable as possible.

I booked two room for my family who were visiting for a funeral. At check-in I stated I won’t be the one staying there, although the reservation is under my name. The staff didn’t ask for my family’s ID, were told it should be fine. My aunt called me at 1am stating the lock were changed and would not let them in without me. They threatened to call the police on them, even after they said all their belongings were inside the motel room. The room smelled like cigarettes, no towels were placed there. We requested they come spray it, which they did thankfully. I recommend paying more money for a better place. Just not worth the stressors.

Very , very loud even after calling office for help. Changed prices after 1st day. Horrendous roach problem. Had to request a second bottle of bug spray. NEVER AGAIN?

Aside from being dirty, dingy, uncomfortable, noisy and reluctant to accommodate the guests, we were also OVERCHARGED! We were charged 440.00 for 3 nights and found out later that the room cost is 87.00 per night!! Never Never again, Motel 6!

The AC didn't work..I had it on high and cool @60° and the room felt muggy..the room had a strong bad smell and I had to leave my door open for the most part just so I could breath a bit better..also my room had no microwave and I was never able to connect to the wifi

What did we like? Leaving the area and Motel. What was unique about the property? It was close a selection of Restaurants and Fast Food places. What didn't we like? Beds, thin with no actual comfort or support. Pillows, there was one pillow in our double bed. We asked for more but we never received them. Toilets were dirty and only had one roll of toilet paper. A/C only worked when temperature was set to the lowest setting and the units were dirty. Worst experience yet.

The stay here wasn’t horrible however if you can splurge a little more for a nicer hotel I would definitely recommend doing so. The room was not the cleanest & it is very noisy. You can hear everything from outside and the rooms around you at all hours. The bed was advertised as queen size however I am certain it was smaller. Staff was friendly.

El motel más sucio en el que me he quedado, la persona en front desk muy amable pero la habitación muuuy sucia, noo habia toallas. Cuando la housekeeper me quería dar una toallas de su carro de limpieza que estaban manchadas sucias. Tuvimos una muy mala experiencia. Puse una chamarra en sima de la cama para no tocar la cama. El olor en ése cuarto era a cloro, tuvimos que dejar abierta la puerta un par de horas. Habitación con 2 camas y cada cama con 1 sola almohada. No regreso nunca más

Don’t do it. I’ve stayed at many Motel 6 for an easy overnite stay and this place does not even come near those simple standards. It was dirty, in poor condition, and lacking simple basics. There’s was one pillow that was as thin as a newspaper. One hand towel, one bath towel and both were so thin and overused they should’ve been destroyed and replaced. I’m shocked that Motel 6 would allow this place to represent their brand.

Stayed here on 3/14-3/17, first night: Grumpy old guy next door was harassing us, talked to front desk, they didn't do much about it. I asked security if the man lives there, he said the County sends people at that motel. 2 very flat pillows in the room, thank goodness I brought 1. A couple was fighting and cursing each other out in the middle of the night. Walls are very thin, we could hear everything from the rooms next door and upstairs. The next day, I had bug bites all over. I took a few pictures. I also have a pic of a bug crawling on the bed. In summary, we didn't get enough sleep, floors were dirty, questionable location and people and came back home with lots of bed bugs' bite. We will never stay at this place ever again.
