Stayed here when we got married just over a decade ago and been back many times since (with children now) and still never disappoints. Location is perfect being right beside a MTR station (University), bus stop & taxi rank.
Various restaurants and bars inside the hotel making lazy/relaxing days/nights just perfect!
Nothing is ever too much trouble for the helpful and friendly staff. '

'A wonderful place to stay. V quiet rooms with black out blinds made for a great sleep. Special touches like bath salts, a coffee machine with decaff pods, toiletries in a little drawer, Bluetooth speaker in the mirror, and of course the incredible rooftop pool - it was wonderful. We didn't sample the dining or have breakfast.
Only one improvement would be to have more towels in the room, just one each, a hand towel would have been nice. They closed the pool when the storm warning came in which...

'The location is great! It's also attached to the Moko mall which has a playground on the third floor. Would definitely recommend this hotel when you travel with kids.'

'Nice location, nearby metro, bus station, lot of shop and restaurant. Lobby is on the 7 floor. And my room was on the 20e don't hear much form the traffic. Helpfull staff by the door. Even my family in hk say That. this hotel is a Good location. Room and Bathroom they clean it everday. And good space to walk and for the suitcase. Overall I recommend if you staying in this hotel is a Good choose. P.s Sorry my for bad english'

'Nice view. Not a 5 star hotel service. We stayed for 2 nights and no housekeeping or fresh towels. Apparantly there is also a busseevice but no one informed us. Rooftoppool is nice. We couldn't use it the 1st day because of a typhoon warning. Communiation about this was very poorly also. '

"Ik heb 12 nachten in dit hotel verbleven en over het algemeen een prettig en comfortabel verblijf gehad.
Pluspunten:
• Zeer gunstige locatie: dicht bij metrostation Jordan en gelegen in het levendige Tsim Sha Tsui.
• Housekeeping was uitstekend; de kamer werd goed schoongehouden.
Minpunten:
• De kamers zijn gehorig, waardoor geluid van de gang en andere kamers hoorbaar is.
• Het bed is aan de harde kant, al sliep ik er uiteindelijk prima op.
• De kamer is vrij klein. Voor één persoon voldoende, maar met z’n tweeën zou het behoorlijk krap zijn.
Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding:
Wat mij betreft is de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding dik in orde. Je betaalt relatief weinig en krijgt daar een fijn en goed verzorgd verblijf voor terug. Al met al geef ik dit hotel een dikke 4 sterren!

Op zich weining op aan te merken, qua loactie zit je wel wat verder uit het centrum, maar het openbaar vervoer in is zeer goed, dus met metro of bus raak je snel en goedkoop waar je moet zijn.
Het enige wat me écht stoorde was de mentaliteit van de Hong Kongers in het algemeen, zowel het personeel als de inwoners.
Helemaal niet sociaal on héél onvriendelijk, ik denk niet dat ik ooit nog terug ga naar Hong Kong, hoewel ik wel een geweldige tijd heb beleefd in Disneyland HK en Oceaan Park. Daar was het personeel al een geluk wel wat vriendelijker..."
"Wat een leuk hip hotel! Hippe bar en foodcourt. Wij hadden een grote 3 persoonskamer met extra bed. Het is een oud maar modern en hip gerenoveerd hotel. Alleen de badkamer was wat gedateerd, maar wel een heerlijke waterdruk in de douche. . Perfecte locatie wat betreft openbaar vervoer. Bus A21 van en naar het vliegtuig stopt zo goed als voor de deur. Metro halte om de hoek. Echt een fijne locatie. "
"Goed hotel, goede service, vriendelijk personeel. Hotelkamers zelf waren gedateerd, met wat gebreken hier en daar ( douchekop lekte, nachtlampje zat los etc.), kamers waren wel heel schoon. Hotels in hong kong mogen geen wegwerpplastic meer gebruiken zonder bijdragen. Je kan dus je scheermesjes, douchemuts etc kopen bij de lobbie. Dit geld ook voor gefilterd water, je kan plastic flesjes kopen bij de lobby. Het had ons logischer geleken dat er glazen flessen hervuld werden ( dan heb je een betere plastic reductie). "

"We had a wonderful stay here with our 4 years old daughter for two weeks. All the staff were very attentive and helpful, rooms were very big, clean and neat, which made our stay very comfortable. Also, the location was perfect for us. The MTR station is very closely, which was very convenient to get to other places/malls by foot. "

It seems like an unassuming place, but the staff is definitely on the best I have met. Front desk, housekeeping, and food service are all friendly and try to make your stay as pleasant as possible."
