'We really enjoyed ourselves. I will be bringing my family there as they would love it. But for our party of 5 girls it was easy to get there. Staff at the beginning of the check in was good as they mentioned timing of breakfast. And as we were tired from our journey and was late for breakfast, they still accommodated us. The pool was brilliant and we enjoyed it very much. The Jungle cafe staff work hard, but could know more about certain drinks so that they can give a better explanation. We...

'Loved the peace and quiet. This was our 2nd time here. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely visit again. A couple of suggestions would be that the resort advertises 3 restaurants. These are more like 3 venues with the same menu. It would make sense and provide more choice if there was variety of food options between the 3 restaurants. The other suggestion would be to provide perhaps a twice daily shuttle to Ribander....

'Very good and friendly service. When I indicated that the pool fountain generator made to much noise for me to enjoy the balcony of the room, I was immediately brought to the next available room with a quiet see view. Food in the Verandah restaurant is excellent and very friendly service.'

'Booked reservation with breakfast buffet included. However, had to pay extra for the breakfast at the property. The staff did not validate my Expedia reservation that included breakfast buffet. Nothing comes complimentary with this property, charged more than half of per nights rate to check in early even though they had rooms available/ ready to check in. The air conditioning is centrally regulated it seems as cutting off in the middle of the night and cannot be turned on using the remote.'

Het hotel heeft ook veel zaken die gehuurd worden voor bruiloften. Mijn partner en ik hebben ruim twee uur in de lobby gezeten om al het pracht en praal te mogen aanschouwen voor alle bruiloftgasten die in de mooiste kledij liepen. Ook het eten was goddelijk en hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad '

'We stayed at this hotel for the second time. This is no doubt one of the best choices in central Panjim. The hotel itself is nice and clean, rooms feature all amenities like TV, AC, a small refrigerator, hot & cold water, cupboard and comfy beds. The biggest advantage of this hotel is proximity to market place in Panjim. Everything can be accessed walking from restaurants to shopping. Staff at the reception is cooperative and helpful and room service is quick and decent.'
