'The staff was great about getting into our room earlier than check in. We had to put a $100 deposit down for incidental damage and when we got into the room - it was trashed. The couch cushions looked like they were wrapped in duct tape, the entertainment center had dings all over it. The chairs were stained. The room was clean, but they need to put money into the quality of the room. '

'Note this is a brand new hotel. Overall this location exceeded my expectations. Caveat, they do NOT have any pull out beds or rollaway cots. A 1 Queen room sleeps 2 NOT 3. This is a beautiful building with a very modern and spacious feel. The grab-and-go area has the usual items, and a full-service bar and "bistro" offers quick snack-like meals ($$$). A large outside deck has two gas firepits and a decent view of the surrounding wooded area, and there is an attractive pool. There is plenty of...

'We stayed for two nights, everything was super clean, the furniture was modern and tasteful very comfortable. The 14.99 breakfast buffet was not great, the service was excellent. Coffee after 3 pm was cold. For a Hilton I was expecting fresh breakfast made to order instead of a premade one. The accessible room was down the hall having to walk further down to and from the elevator.'

'Staff thought it was funny to play circus music after 10pm on repeat to find a missing luggage cart. They laughed in my face when I asked what the loud music was. They all made it clear they are only there to collect a paycheck. Doing their jobs looked extra.'
