'The stay was comfortable and the room was good. I wanted to extend my stay by one additional day and neither the reception nor the Duty Manager could help me. It was quite odd as every other similar hotel would have simply added the additional day and closed it.
I finally got it done through an online aggregator and my stay was seamlessly extended in the same room. Left me wondering what the issue was in the first place.
I wish they had done a better job with this aspect.

'A home away from home. I really enjoyed my stay at Laika. The staff is very welcoming and attentive, while the location is also great; tucked away in a little side street from the main road. There was some construction noise from across the street while I was there, but when that's done it will be super quiet. Would definitely recommend!'
