There was graffiti, dumpsters and garbage all around the building and it appeared that they rented units out long term to low income (flags in windows instead of curtains, etc.). The attached liquor store, bar, restaurant and pub (all also covered in graffiti) were the most prominent part of the hotel as you approached. One was left wondering if they rented some rooms by the hour .'

'Room was comfortable. However, I had the misfortune of staying in room 204 - directly across the hall from both the pool and the gym. The cleaning staff was cleaning both amenities from 11pm-12:30 am each night, keeping me awake. Also being directly across from the pool was incredibly humid in the room and the hallway. The room also did not have additional security of a privacy or night latch. Being across from the gym & pool with lots of traffic, that would have provided more peace of mind....
