'My second time at this hotel and it has been renovated beautifully. Had and issue with our room at check in. Single beds after multiple pre requests for a king bed and crumbs on the floor. Took a exceptionally long time and a manger request to get this resolved, but we got there. 'The woman who checked us in was unpleasant, rude, and unhelpful, but the rest of the staff was truly outstanding. We encountered a problem with the remote not connecting to the air conditioner, which took three or four attempts to resolve, but they were patient and persistent in fixing it.'
